What are you going to do while at Gatton to make sure that you stand out in a crowd? What is distinctive about you? Good grades are important to landing that great job, but so is a proven track-record of leadership. Employers seek people who can establish goals, marshal the resources necessary to complete tasks, work well in a team and see projects through to completion. Don't just show them what you know; show them what you can do with that knowledge.
Getting involved in the life of the College by joining and serving as a leader of one of our many student organizations is a great way to show employers that you have what it takes. It is also an opportunity to make life-long friends and help shape the student experience at Gatton.
